Offices of the Bishops — The Offices of the Bishops supports the work of Bishop Vigneron and Bishop Emeritus of Oakland, John Cummins.

Pastoral Planning — We must make plans today to meet the spiritual needs of the many Catholic families who are moving into newly developing areas of our Diocese.





Tribunal/Canon Law — The Canon Law Department is the 'judicial' arm of the Diocese, assisting Bishop Cummins to administer the Church.
