SEMBRANDO LA SEMILLA
Dios en su infinita bondad nos colma a cada uno de nosotros con sus dones, con la expectativa que se desarrollen y se utilicen con el fin de engrandecerlos y compartirlos con nuestra comunidad y el mundo para mostrarle al Señor nuestro sumo agradecimiento. Describimos la palabra "stewardship" de esta manera:
compartiendo los dones de Dios.
LOS NIÑOS
Así como se trabaja la milpa, cultivando, deshojando, regando, así también criamos a nuestras familias, educando a los hijos para dar gracias a Dios, compartir con sus hermanos y sus vecinos. Así como la plantita de maíz crece y se distingue, así el niño reconoce sus propios talentos y los desarrolla según su capacidad.
LOS JOVENES
Los jovenes están llenos de energía y capacidad para conquistar el mundo. Así como el jardinero escarba los surcos para mejor dirigir el agua que da vida a la planta, así es necesario que los padres de familia y tutores vigilen y guien los jovenes para que ellos discubran e utilizen sus propios dones y talentos. Los jovenes bien dirigidos seguirán la llamada del Espiritu Santo en forma de servicios a su hogar, la comunidad y su iglesia.
LOS ADULTOS
El adulto en su madurez o ya jubilado tiene varias oportunidades de servir a su comunidad. En su empleo reconoce que sus prójimos son hijos e hijas de Dios y que todos colaboran por el bien de sí mismos y los demás. También es tiempo para reevaluar el talento y las habilidades para escoger un ministerio que mejor sirva a la comunidad cristiana. El adulto es un buen servidor cuando asiste activamente en las fiestas y liturgias. En su servicio a la iglesia el adulto es un modelo para la juventud.
LOS ANCIANOS
Los ancianos e incapacitados son buenos servidores cuando rezan sus rosarios diariamente por las necesidades y el bien de su comunidad. La interacción entre los jóvenes y los ancianos es saludable físicamante y espiritualmente para ambos. El cariño y el respeto que mostramos a nuestros ancianos sirve para aliviar la soledad y tristeza que frecuentemente los aflige. En gratitud el anciano comparte su gran fe y amor a Dios con sus familiares, reconociendo que Dios es amor perfecto y cumple con su promesa de eterna salvación.
El compartir de nuestro tiempo, talento y tesoro retoña en cualquier época de
nuestras vidas cuando reconcemos con suma gratitud que el Señor es la fuente de todos los dones.

We shall reap a plentiful harvest if we diligently sow and nurture seeds.
Sowing seeds of stewardship is sharing and witnessing to a lifestyle of gratitude and generosity based on the often-expressed truth na lahat ay biyaya ng Diyos (all blessings come from God). Early in life, young ones are taught by the whole community and especially by the elders, that everything is biyaya ng Diyos. Together they build a community of faithful and good stewards.

Plant seeds early
Children learn the values and practices of their faith from their elders. They are taught to appreciate the gift of a Christian upbringing. Children learn to pray, share and be respectful of others.
DILIGAN NG MAGAGANDANG HALIMBAWA
Modeling and witnessing
Teens experience challenges as they develop independence and their own sense of identity. During this time of growth, the family continues to water the seeds of faith by modeling and encouraging teens to go to mass, pray the rosary, serve, and share their time by actively participating in parish life.

Cultivating and nurturing
The young adult looks to the family for nurturance and support of their personal choices and relationships, education, employment and involvement in the church and community. The Filipino family helps the young adult to be a good steward by developing their talents.

Increasing the harvets
Adults increase the harvest of faith and goodness through sharing their treasures and gifts. Their constant encouragement, modeling, and prayer help teach children of all ages to be responsible members of the family and parish community.
MAGPASALMAT SA BIYAYA
Give thanks
There is a deep love and respect for the elder in the Filipino family circle. They comfort the sick, teach the young, and help with pastoral needs. Elders represent the true heart of thankfulness for all of God's gifts through their prayerful ways and by making stewardship a way of life.
